Rewards and Consequences
If a student demonstrates responsible behavior and stays on task they will receive a good behavior ticket. When the student receives 10 tickets they will be rewarded with one of the following:
1.) 15 minutes of free time playing an educational game on the ipad or computer.
2.) 3 extra credit points on the next test.
As a class there will also be a marble policy. When the whole class is on task they will receive 2 marbels.
If the class is off task then they will lose 2 marbles. Once the jar is full the students will vote for a party (movie, ice cream, or pizza)
The first time a student breaks a rule they will receive a verbal warning.
The second time a student breaks a rule they will have five minutes removed from recess time.
The third time a student breaks a rule they will lose their recess privileges.
The fourth time a student breaks a rule a note will be sent home to the parents or guardians.
